The Silent Marker

In the middle of the field stood a single cone, small and unremarkable. Day after day, it marked the ground, silent and unnoticed. Players sprinted past it, coaches barked orders around it, and victories were celebrated far from it. Yet without the cone, drills lost their shape, and the players their direction.

So it is with many things in life. The world applauds the touchdowns and trophies, but seldom the quiet markers that guide the way. Like the cone, the unnoticed often carry the weight of purpose. They remind us that greatness is not only found in the spotlight, but in the steady, faithful presence of what keeps us aligned.
