About George

 Hello Everyone

About Me

Hi, I’m George Epley — a trucker, storyteller, photographer, and creative individual who sees the world a little differently than most. My life has taken me down highways, back roads, and quiet trails across Missouri and beyond, and along the way I’ve learned that beauty often hides in the overlooked: a rusted bolt on a bridge, the pattern of light in a diner window, or a quiet park bench at sunrise.

Photography, for me, isn’t just about pictures — it’s about stories. Every image I share here comes with a voice, a thought, or a touch of humor. Sometimes it’s abstract textures or fine-art reflections, sometimes it’s everyday street life, and sometimes it’s just plain oddball — but it’s always told my way.

This site is my creative journal:

  • A photography portfolio of what catches my eye.

  • A personal blog where I add words, poems, or humor to those images.

  • A place to blend art, stories, and a bit of real life into something worth stopping to look at.

I’m not out to make the perfect shot or sell glossy prints. I’m here to show you the world as I see it — crooked, colorful, sometimes serious, often funny, but always alive.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope my photos and words give you a reason to pause, laugh, or see the everyday a little differently.
